How to use it
Spread holiday prep over the season instead of cramming it into one week. This to-do list is split into four timeframes (early November, late November, early December and the week of Christmas) with 13 check boxes each.
Early November is good for booking travel, ordering photo cards and setting a budget. Late November covers Thanksgiving, Black Friday shopping and decorating. Early December is for shipping gifts, mailing cards and planning parties. Christmas week is for groceries, wrapping and last-minute errands. Writing tasks into the right window keeps the list from feeling overwhelming.
Printing tips
- Put deadline-driven tasks (shipping, travel) in first.
- Share the list so tasks get split across the household.
- Keep it with the gift list and holiday budget.
- Print at 100% or "Actual size" on US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in). If you are in a country that uses A4, choose "Fit to page" so nothing gets cut off at the edges.
