Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of plainprintables.com (the "Site"), operated by Plain Printables ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Free for personal use

Our printables, templates and calculators are free for personal, household, classroom and other non-commercial use. Print as many copies as you need. Please don't resell, share or re-upload our files, sell printed copies, or claim them as your own without our written permission.

Premium Pack ($2)

The Premium Pack is a digital download. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. After you pay, you get a private download link that works for 24 hours, so save your files right away. The same personal-use terms apply.

Refunds: because the files are delivered instantly, all sales of digital downloads are final. If a file is broken or won't open, email us and we'll fix or replace it. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Calculators, calendars and templates

The pay, overtime and take-home calculators give rough estimates for planning. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. We check calendar and holiday dates carefully, but mistakes can happen, so double-check any date that matters.

No warranty and limits on liability

The Site and files are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Site. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.

Ads, analytics and other sites

We show ads from Google AdSense, and Google may use cookies to serve them. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. We also link to sites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
