Free Travel Itinerary Template (Printable PDF)
Flights, lodging, confirmation numbers, day-by-day plan and packing checklist on one page.

Download (free)
How to use it
Keep the important details of a trip on one page: destination, dates, travelers, outbound and return flights or trains, lodging address, confirmation numbers and an emergency contact. Below that is a three-day morning, afternoon and evening plan and a short packing checklist.
Fill it out the week before you leave, then make two copies: one in your carry-on and one left with someone at home. It is useful when your phone battery dies or you are somewhere without signal. For longer trips, print one page per three days and staple them together. Families can give each older child their own copy so they know the plan.
Printing tips
- Write confirmation numbers clearly; avoid writing full card numbers or passport numbers.
- Fold in thirds to fit in a passport wallet.
- Check off packing items as they go in the bag, not when you think of them.
- Print at 100% or "Actual size" on US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in). If you are in a country that uses A4, choose "Fit to page" so nothing gets cut off at the edges.
